How old does my child need to be to take part?

Our camp has been designed for children aged between 8 - 13 years old.

Do you provide food & drink?

Yes, children can be supplied a packed lunch from our on site café at an additional cost. We do recommend children bringing a water bottle that is labelled with their name.

What time can I drop off and collect my child?

Child drop-off will be from 8.30am-9.00am and collection is from 3.00pm-3.30pm.

What happens when I drop off my child?

When you arrive at the farm, follow the signs to the ‘sign in’ area. You will be met by one of our friendly Camp Leaders who will register your child. Your child will then be introduced to the other Activity Leaders and encouraged to join in with their peers in some fun ice breaker activities whilst the rest of the group arrives. We also have a buddy system in place for those children that are nervous or need a little encouragement to join in.

Can I reserve my place by paying a deposit?

Yes. The deposit paid depends on the timing of your booking, early bookings will mean less to pay to secure your childs place.  After the balance due dates, bookings will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.

Can I make changes to my booking?

We understand changes to your plans may happen so you can switch your dates for free of charge if we still have availability on that particular date. Please note, any changes to your booking will need to be made at least 10 days before your child is due to attend.

Can my child be in the same group as a particular friend?

We will try to place your child in a group with their friend, however our camps are a great place to make new friends! We also run a buddy system for those children that need a little encouragement.  The Camp Manager has final decisions on the groupings.

Do you have first aiders on site?

Yes, we always have a pediatric trained first aider onsite.

Can we visit the camp venue before our child attends?

We do not own the premises and are only on site during our camp bookings so we ask that you contact us if you have any questions. However, we can arrange a tour of the site on the first day of arrival if booked in advance with us.

What happens if the weather is torrential?

We strive to continue as many of our activities as possible but safety is our number one priority which might mean certain activities will not go ahead. However, we have plenty of indoor space for activities!
